My furnace thermostat flaked out after a nearby lightning strike a couple days ago, and my heating system switched over to emergency mode with no way to control it except to flip the breaker. I knew LCS was just a few minutes from here, so I tried them first (the company who originally put in the furnace merged with another company a few years ago, and they’re not nearby anymore). They answered my call, assessed the situation, and had a tech, Jason Smith, available that afternoon. He swapped out the thermostat and checked the rest of my heating system to make sure nothing else had been fried. Jason was the kind of tech that you hope for–friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Good, solid service. They sent an email and a text with the photo of the technician who was coming to do the repair work. The technician arrived within the timeframe promised, wore a mask and covered his shoes before entering the house. He was friendly and fixed the solenoid valve on my humidifier quickly, and showed me how to do regular maintenance – and informed me of maintenance services the company offers. The price charged was reasonable and the works appears to be well done. I would definitely call them again if needed.

I hired these guys to come install a dryer vent for my tenant in the basement. Travis came out and gave me a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The front office was very helpful and responsive. Great service all around! Since I am an out of state investor with a few multi family units in Indianapolis, it really helps to have such a great company who I know will do great work at a great price. Anyway, Travis installed the vent and then called me to explain everything. Very professional job and the attention to detail was flawless. He even took pictures of the work and sent them to me. Wow! I am so happy and so is my tenant. Now they can have a washer and dryer, making their lives easier. I will hire them again in the future.

I was able to schedule an appointment with LCS heating and cooling before their busy season. Ryan was the technician who serviced my HVAC. I wanted to be aware of what he was doing for my education on how to maintain my HVAC. He was very patient and was fine with me following him around. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I was very pleased with the service.

We love LCS. We found them when we moved into our first home and needed a new furnace installed 3 years ago and they have been nothing but fantastic since. I have used LCS for many years. We have the maintenance plan for our furnace and air conditioner, which helps keep those machines efficient and under warranty. Recently, Travis came out to reattached some ductwork in our basement that was falling down. He did an excellent job, explained to me what he needed to do, was on time for the appointment and did great work. Thanks LCS!
