Meet LCS Heating and Cooling’s Indianapolis HVAC Expert Team
We (Travis & Renee) wanted to create a business that would create positive experiences for other people. To us, a positive experience is something that makes someone feel happy, improves the quality of life, or provides something of high quality. We can provide these experiences to people by offering solutions so that they can be comfortable in their homes, providing the best customer service that they’ve ever experienced, and making the whole process as stress-free as possible.
We provide these experiences to our employees by helping them grow in their careers, helping them to set and achieve goals, providing opportunities to learn new skills, and creating a fun environment to be in. In a time when many HVAC companies are selling to private equity firms, Travis and Renee remain the local owners and are dedicated to serving the LCS team, as well as the homeowners of Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Travis Lucas
Co-owner of LCS
Travis and his wife, Renee, plunged into the small business world in 2005 when they established LCS Heating & Cooling. Travis attended Ivy Tech State College and has over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Travis enjoys solving homeowner comfort issues with creative and unique HVAC solutions. He also enjoys teaching young technicians and helping them to grow in their careers. Travis and Renee have been married for 21 years.
Renee Lucas
Co-owner of LCS
Heading up the accounting and marketing sides of the company, Renee loves the challenge of being a small business owner. Over the years, she has learned quite a bit from Travis, the technicians, and installers, and takes pride in being able to talk to homeowners about their HVAC needs. Quoting her father, Renee values work hard, then play hard. She enjoys yoga, exercise, traveling, scuba diving, reading, and shopping.
Gretchen
Finance Manager
Gretchen heads up the finance and HR side of LCS. Among many other things, she handles invoicing, vendor relationships, and all the fun internal stuff at LCS. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from IUPUI and has two years of experience working in Human Resources at Camp Atterbury. Her sunny personality, attention to detail, and focus on customer service makes Gretchen an absolute pleasure to have in the LCS office!
Aaron
Office Manager
Aaron works closely with the LCS Sales and Installation Teams! When it's time to replace your system, Aaron is the primary point of contact, coordinating everything from financing to scheduling to permits. He provides the LCS 7-Star service to ensure installs run smoothly. Outside of work, you might find him and his wife at a local spot in McCordsville!
Dylan
Install Manager
Dylan manages the LCS Installation Department and Warehouse. He is a graduate of Ivy Tech State College. Dylan enjoys the before and after of a new install! He is a very patient person who does a great job teaching others installation skills. Dylan is a family man, who spends his time with his fiance, daughter, son, and dog! He also enjoys hunting, horses, and fishing in the great outdoors.

Travis is a Service Technician with LCS. Travis has experience in both installation and service in the HVAC industry. He really enjoys the challenge of finding the best comfort solutions for customers. Travis is definitely a people person and enjoys time with homeowners! Travis spends most of his time with his family. However, he still enjoys the occasional day of fishing or hunting!

The first friendly voice that you hear on the phone will likely be Chelsie! Chelsie transitioned
from customer service in the medical field to the trades. She handles lots of phone calls each
day and manages all of our clients in the LCS Access Maintenance Club! After a day of helping
others, Chelsie enjoys some quiet time reading and gardening. You may also see her at the
kids' sporting events or out to a movie with her family!

The LCS schedule is like a giant puzzle each day and Heather is the mastermind behind it! Heather coordinates all the calls that come in for repair and maintenance. She loves being outside so after work, you'll find her playing softball, coaching her niece's team, attending a concert, or camping!
Austin
Sales Lead Coordinator
When it’s time for a new system, Austin will be your point of contact in our office. He works closely with our Install Manager and System Specialists to ensure each installation is not only smooth, but an amazing experience! Outside of work, Austin loves the great outdoors, especially canoeing and camping! He’s also a big IU fan: Hoo Hoo, Hoosiers!

Field Coordinator
We are excited to have Andrew back on the LCS team! He started with us about 5 years ago in the installation department but is back to run the warehouse. Andrew ensures that everyone's day runs smoothly but coordinating equipment, parts, materials and inventory. He enjoys being out and about each day and seeing his co-workers as he delivers parts! Outside of work, Andrew taps into his creative side wood working and building furniture!

Minnie joined the team in January 2015 when LCS adopted her from FACE Animal Clinic in Indianapolis. Minnie enjoys sitting in on weekly team meetings and greeting the techs after a long day.

Senior Service Technician | Service Support Team
Mark is the senior service technician at LCS. He is very technical and loves the challenge of a tough diagnostic or repair! Before joining the LCS team, Mark worked at Lennox Industries. He says his place is definitely in the field and loves working with people! We often hear from customers that he’s a hoot! Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and dog or on the golf course!

Nikita is a Service technician with LCS. She loves helping people and refers to her tech life as a learning adventure! Outside of work, Nikita loves watching movies and trying new restaurants around town with her family!

Service & Maintenance Technician
Jason is a service and maintenance technician with LCS. Jason started his career troubleshooting appliances (including those pesky ice makers in fancy refrigerators!!) and later transitioned into HVAC. Jason loves being outdoors and enjoys meeting new people. Outside of work, Jason looks forward to traveling and attending sporting events with his kiddos and family!

Jerome is a Maintenance Tech with LCS. He is a people person and truly likes meeting different people each day! He is hands-on and enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting if there's a problem. Jerome has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 20 years and loves teaching his kids that anything is possible in life!
T'Shayla
Maintenance Technician
T’Shayla (TJ!) joins LCS as a maintenance technician, bringing her warmth and expertise from an associate degree in HVAC from Ivy Tech. Outside work, she’s a certified personal trainer, gym enthusiast, and devoted mom and grandma. TJ enjoys staying active in her church, loves country music, and is eager to bring her skills and enthusiasm to help you find lasting comfort solutions!

Mike started his career with LCS as a maintenance technician. A few months later, he decided to transition to the installation department! He loves the process of taking things apart and putting them back together. Before joining LCS, Mike built the themed rooms at The Escape Room. Outside of work, you'll find him with his wife, son, and dog- usually camping or attending concerts! He also likes target shooting and hunting!

Installer
Mijail is an Installer with LCS. Prior to a Career in HVAC, he was a University Career Naval Engineer in Cuba. He later transitioned into HVAC and joined LCS after moving to the United States. Outside of work, Mijail loves baseball! He plays and watches as much as he can! He also travels back to Cuba each year to visit his family.

Installer
Jair has demonstrated a solid work ethic and desire to grow since day one with LCS! Day one was actually over a fall break while he was in high school. One week after his high school graduation (and completion of HVAC classes), he started full-time with LCS. If he's not working on his trade, you'll find him on the soccer field, in the gym, or spending time with his family and friends.
