How much does the Liftoff to Comfort Membership cost?

LCS Heating and Cooling offers two paths: the Discovery Path at $16.99/month and the Horizon Path at $32.99/month. W-2 employees of businesses on an active Commercial Lift Plan unlock the Discovery Path at the $14.07/month corporate rate ($35/year off). Both paths include two comprehensive seasonal precision calibrations every year.

What happens to the diagnostic fee when I'm a member?

The standard business-hours diagnostic is $129. Discovery Path members pay $79, and the fee is waived entirely with a repair over $299 during business hours. Horizon Path members have the business-hours diagnostic 100% waived with any authorized repair. After-hours diagnostics drop from $189 to $159 for members. Waivers apply during regular business hours only.

What's the difference between the Discovery Path and the Horizon Path?

Both include two seasonal precision calibrations, priority scheduling, and member diagnostic rates. Discovery ($16.99/mo) carries 15% off repairs and premium IAQ accessories with a 1-year repair guarantee. Horizon ($32.99/mo) upgrades to 20% off, waives the business-hours diagnostic with any authorized repair, extends the repair guarantee to 2 years on select repairs, and adds a $150/year equipment replacement credit (up to $1,050 over 7 years) plus a choice of one premium add-on service.

Do members get priority when something breaks?

Yes. Liftoff to Comfort members receive priority scheduling and high-priority dispatch windows. Phones are answered 24/7/365, with on-call technician dispatch until 11:00 PM nightly — requests after that are placed at the front of the next morning's service queue.

Can I transfer my membership if I move?

Yes — both the Discovery Path and the Horizon Path are transferable memberships, so the plan can follow the home or move with you within the LCS Heating and Cooling service area.
