HVAC work we perform for you is governed by your signed estimate, work authorization, or membership agreement; if those signed documents conflict with these website Terms, the signed documents control for that work.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and, if acting for a company or property owner, that you are authorized to act on their behalf. Submitting a form, booking online, or requesting an estimate does not by itself create a customer relationship or obligate either party until a service visit is scheduled or a written estimate is signed; you agree the information you provide is accurate.

Services

LCS Heating and Cooling, LLC provides professional home services in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service call fee
After-hours technician dispatch is available until 11:00 PM and may be subject to after-hours rates; phone and scheduling support run 24/7 via live staff and our digital assistant. We do not guarantee absolute same-day service for the general public; Liftoff to Comfort members receive high-priority dispatch windows
Incoming customer service calls and outbound dispatch confirmations on tracking lines are recorded for quality control, legal validation, and non-commissioned technician training verification.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided upfront before work begins. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be adjusted if additional work is discovered.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal local checks, Structured consumer financing
Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and approved before proceeding

Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our work with applicable warranties on labor and parts. Manufacturer warranties may apply to installed equipment and components. Warranty terms and duration vary by service type and will be provided at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications.

Our total liability for claims arising from performed services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question; our total liability for claims arising solely from use of the website shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).
