About Renee
Renee and her husband Travis started LCS in 2005 and have run it as the local owners ever since; they have been married 21 years. As Customer Experience Director she sets the standard for what it feels like to have LCS in a home, and owns the systems behind it — how the team meets, how work moves through the day, and who is accountable when it does not. What she has learned running the business she now teaches to owners across the country.
