Commercial HVAC Design Center

Stand-alone buildings and strip malls are what LCS Heating and Cooling primarily services commercially — tenant bays, freestanding storefronts and offices, and the businesses inside them across the NE quadrant of Greater Indianapolis. These guides cover the building types we engineer for in the 5–10 ton light commercial lane: retail shops, boutiques, and coffee houses (comfort cooling only); stand-alone retail and office buildings; eye doctors, dental, medical, and therapy suites; churches and daycares; local gyms and dance studios; and mechanic shops. Honest boundaries up front: no industrial chillers, no commercial refrigeration, no restaurant kitchen systems.

6 building-type engineering guides — each with an interactive systems diagram, Manual J / static-pressure discipline, Travis Lucas technical review, and a conversion path to The Commercial Lift Plan.
